Zarita Private Hotel is a family run Private Hotel, established in 1960. We provide Excellent Affordable Long Term Accommodation, in a fully restored and renovated Federation Mansion near Bondi Junction.

Zarita is an "impressive Federation Mansion" built on or about 1908. It features a "symmetrical design with canted bays on each side..[The] terra cotta tiled roof continues down over double verandas, featuring outstanding roughcast gables over bays....[There is] extensive timber decoration ...of note are the shingled hood at entry, ..[and the] outstanding main door". The face brick features "excellent stucco moulding around bays and openings". [Waverley Heritage Study 1990]
